In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Aladdin Flowers delivers throughout Orange County, California, subject to delivery-address validation and product availability. Delivery timing depends on the recipient’s location, order volume, and the date selected at checkout. Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders placed before the daily cutoff time; availability is not guaranteed and may be limited during holidays or high-volume periods. Please provide a complete recipient address, a working contact number, and delivery instructions at checkout. For deliveries to hospitals, businesses, schools, or other secure locations, please confirm the recipient’s availability and any applicable receiving requirements. If a recipient is unavailable, we will follow the delivery instructions provided or make reasonable efforts to contact the sender or recipient. Additional delivery charges may apply for remote locations, special requests, redelivery, or changes made after an order is in progress. Every arrangement is handcrafted. Flower and container substitutions may be necessary because of weather, seasonality, or market availability; when substitutions are needed, we preserve the style, theme, and value of the selected arrangement.

Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
